Please cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. If you do not cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged the full appointment fee.

Payment is due at the time of service. Forms of payment include credit/debit cards, cash, and FSA/HSA. I will have your card securely on file and you will be charged after each session. I do not accept checks.

If you test positive for COVID, have a fever, or are throwing up, I ask that you either cancel or move our appointment to zoom.
I will wear a mask for added protection if you come to your appointment with cold symptoms, and would prefer if you did as well.

I am available for text and email communication. I respond during business hours Wednesday through Friday.
